About The Bible

The Bible is the authoritative Word of God. It was written by human authors, under inspiration of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. It bears witness to Jesus Christ the living word.

About God

God the Father is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. Unlimited in time, space, knowledge, and power, the Father has planned for His glory all that comes to pass and purposed from eternity to redeem a people for Himself. In His sovereignty, He is neither author nor approver of sin, nor does He negate the accountability of moral, intelligent creatures. Although distinct from His creation, He is imminently at work in it.

About Jesus

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. On earth, Jesus was 100% God and 100% man. He is the only man ever to have lived a sinless life. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for mankind and thus, atoned for our sins through the shedding of His blood. He rose from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return again in power and glory.

 About The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer a spiritual gift when they are saved. Christians should seek to live under His control daily.

 About The Trinity

There is one co-equal and co-eternal God existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

 About Mankind

Men and women were created in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. They are the supreme object of God’s creation and not from any previously existing form of life. Although every person has potential for good, all are marred by disobedience toward God called “sin”. This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems in life.

 About Salvation

We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ; His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of good works or any human effort.

 About Eternity

After we die we will either exist for eternity in hell, separated from God because of our sin or eternally in heaven with God through forgiveness and salvation in Jesus Christ. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence. Only those who believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and confess him as their Lord and savior will go to heaven for all eternity.
